Why are families moving around the country from town to town? There are many different reasons, and I focused on the migration of families, students and adults from Grand Forks, North Dakota. As a student at the University of North Dakota, I was ready to move on from this town and back to Minneapolis but I started to question why I wanted to leave a town that had become my home. 

Using cyanotype photography of downtown, four brochures were created to show the positive qualities of Grand Forks. The photographs were then digitally manipulated and used to create infographics. The brochures feature a calendar of events two weeks after the exhibition, a comparison between average home prices across the country, statistics related to the University of North Dakota and migration of citizens across the country. Each brochure also folds out into a poster that make up the word 'movement'.
